CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a modified GHRH analog (tetrasubstituted 29-amino acid peptide) that stimulates pulsatile GH release from the pituitary. It produces sustained, dose-dependent increases in both GH and IGF-1 with subcutaneous administration. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide GH secretagogue that elicits a rapid GH pulse peaking around 40 minutes post-dose and selectively increases GH without affecting ACTH, cortisol, or prolactin levels. Combined, these peptides may produce synergistic GH release by acting on complementary receptor pathways.
